Use of ARKE platforms is subject to these terms and additional conditions attached to particular publications, memberships or services.

Content is for information, education and Christian formation; it is not individual legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

Unless stated otherwise, ARKE and its licensors retain rights in content, brands and platform materials. Limited personal use is permitted.

Users may share links and brief attributed excerpts within law, but may not republish, sell, scrape or train systems on content without permission.

Users must not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious or privacy-invasive material or interfere with security.

Third-party links and integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy practices; inclusion is not blanket endorsement.

ARKE may amend, suspend or withdraw services and, where law permits, excludes liability for reliance beyond the intended purpose.
