CORRECTIONS & COMPLAINTS

Accountability is part of credible witness.

ARKE welcomes good-faith challenges and operates a clear process for correcting material errors and reviewing complaints.

THE ARKE STANDARD

Faithful in conviction.
Excellent in execution.

Every ARKE platform and publication is built to meet a global institutional standard while remaining unmistakably centred on Christ.

01

Raise a Concern

Identify the work or conduct concerned, state the alleged error or breach and provide supporting information through the enquiry form.

02

Acknowledgement

A reference number confirms receipt. Matters are categorised by urgency, potential harm, safeguarding implications and editorial significance.

03

Editorial Review

The responsible editor examines the record, sources, standards and any response from affected contributors or subjects.

04

Correction Outcomes

ARKE may correct, clarify, append an editor's note, retract, uphold the original work or explain why no change is warranted.

05

Appeal

A complainant may request one independent internal review where relevant evidence or a material procedural concern remains.

06

Public Record

Significant corrections and retractions will be clearly attached to the affected work and dated for transparency.

BUILDING FOR GENERATIONS
